Siarhei Krasakovich / guest expert

A different perspective.
A shared conversation.
A next step.

More than a talk: a different view of the challenge and clarity on what to do next.

For event organisers, accelerators, HR teams and business owners. I join as a speaker, mentor, session facilitator or external strategist.

In Russian · online or in person by arrangement
Participation with an interpreter is discussed separately.

«What if…»

This question starts most of the ideas and meaningful changes in my clients' businesses.

No single format fits every occasion

First, the participants' challenge.
Then, the format.

01 / Events and communities

Go beyond listening.
Start thinking differently.

A talk with case discussions

For conferences, business clubs and professional communities. The topic is built around an audience question: product, customer, positioning or growth.

What participants take away

Participants gain a way to view the challenge and guidance for their next decision.

Discuss the format ↗

A live business review

A live review of a participant's challenge: checking assumptions, exploring alternatives and defining the next step.

What participants take away

The audience sees the reasoning; the case owner sees possible actions. We agree in advance on what information may be shared publicly.

Discuss the format ↗

Moderation, interviews and discussion

For panels, podcasts and community meetings. I bring out different perspectives and keep the conversation focused on the substance.

What participants take away

A substantive conversation with questions participants can apply to their own businesses.

02 / Accelerators and training

From a curriculum —
to working on decisions.

Hackathon and Demo Day mentor

With teams, I clarify the user problem, the solution's value and how to test it. I can also serve on an expert jury.

What participants take away

The team understands what to test and how to explain the product's purpose, beyond its features.

Discuss the format ↗

Accelerator programme

Programme and module design, startup mentoring, progress reviews and expert feedback.

What participants take away

A coherent programme: what we learn, what we test and what result allows us to move forward.

Discuss the format ↗

A company workshop

Practice with participants' tasks: customer research, the offer, demand testing and choosing a direction.

What participants take away

A working document and a next step. Choose a topic from the Business Solutions Laboratory or discuss a tailored version.

03 / HR, managers and owners

Bring experience where
it is needed now.

External strategist during a transition

While the company searches for a marketing leader or restructures the function, I define priorities and role requirements and establish how the team works.

What participants take away

An agreed focus and a handover of context to the new specialist. Authority and availability are defined before we start.

Discuss the format ↗

Mentor for an existing specialist

Regular task reviews and decision checks. Strategic support for an employee who still needs a more experienced sounding board.

What participants take away

Developing team independence: an answer to the immediate question and a method for tackling similar tasks.

Discuss the format ↗

Owner's adviser / advisory board

Discussion of strategic choices, growth and product priorities. I compare alternatives and identify untested assumptions.

What participants take away

Decisions, questions to test and priorities. We separately agree on the advisory role, frequency and responsibilities.

Topics for discussion and practice

Let's start with a question
that matters to the audience.

01Why do people pass over a good product?

02How do you understand what the customer really needs?

03How do you test demand before a major investment?

04How do you choose a direction when there are too many opportunities?

05How do you enter a new market and test assumptions?

06How do you turn a list of services into a clear offer?

We adapt the topic, depth and examples to participants' experience and the organiser's objective.

How to arrange it

From an invitation —
to a meaningful meeting.

  1. Tell me about the audience

Who is attending, what they already know and what challenge needs progress.

  2. Agree on the format

Topic, duration, preparation, fee and expected result.

  3. Prepare the meeting

Materials, cases, participants' questions and the limits of public discussion.

What does participation cost?

The fee depends on format, preparation, duration and travel if needed. After the brief, I propose the scope and price. You can include an indicative budget in your enquiry.

Can I invite you to an English- or Polish-language event?

My main working language is Russian. For another language, we discuss an interpreter or bilingual colleague and prepare materials in advance.

Can the talk be recorded?

We agree on recording, publication and use of cases before the event, especially when participants' data is discussed.

Is this for a one-off meeting or ongoing involvement?

Both are possible: from a talk to programme support or regular team reviews. We define the scope and boundaries beforehand.

Let's discuss your invitation

What challenge should
move forward after the meeting?

Tell me who you are bringing together and why: organisation, audience, preferred topic, date and city or online format. Include an indicative budget if you have one.

I reply within 24 hours. We agree on format and terms before work begins.

TEAMS AND HIRING

The right person.
For a specific challenge.

Who should you hire for your business needs? I define the role, assess the candidate and match a specialist to your context.
